The Belle Isle Library is at the corner of Northwest Expressway and Villa, is a full-service neighborhood library for families who live nearby and for businesses along the northwest commercial corridor. Opened in September 1963, Belle Isle became part of the Metropolitan Library System in 1965. Today, it is one of the largest, busiest libraries in Oklahoma County. |
