A New Capitol Hill Library Takes Off

New Capitol Hill Location Poster

When the Capitol Hill Library opened in southwest Oklahoma City in 1951, it was a state-of-the-art facility embraced by the growing community. Sixty-four years later, the Capitol Hill Library remains nestled within an expanding community and bustles with activity on a daily basis. Community needs have changed since 1951, but library customers continue to look to the library to find the books, information, technology, entertainment and assistance that they need.
