    Have you hugged your dragon today? Despite their fame in many cultures, from the fiery Chinese dragons to the great beasts of England, these misunderstood creatures have not received the recognition they deserve. That changed in 2004 when Dragon Appreciation Day was declared. Now every January 16, we can show our gratitude to our scaly friends.

    If you have a dragon of your very own (you lucky soul!), the library has resources that can help you.
