    Today, we're debuting a new digital collection that features titles from independent publishers and authors as well as local, user-generated content. While the bulk of this collection is eBooks, it also contains images, audio files (audiobooks, musical and dramatic performances, speeches, interviews) and videos. All content in this collection is always available (you don't need to place a hold on an item) and there is no lending limit.
