Teen Tech Month

Teen Tech month poster

Teen Tech Month is happening this March to help our libraries showcase the great resources and services we have to help teens succeed, demonstrating how libraries are important in extending learning beyond the classroom.

This month, teens can explore robotics & maker spaces, learn how to be a DJ, join a Minecraft club, and much more. From book trailers to video games, you can create it at your library!

Libraries are places where teens can explore, create and share content. Teens know that our libraries are here to help them have fun and explore their interests. Parents know that we are helping their teens survive school and prepare for college and 21st century careers!

Emily Williams

I was born in the Boston area, but have lived in Oklahoma for almost 20 years. I attended Oklahoma State University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and then studied at the University of Oklahoma to get my Masters in Library and Information Studies. My husband and I adopted a retired racing greyhound who is actually super lazy. I paint pet portraits, read comic books, love hiking, and watch a lot of sci-fi television.
