Program Description

Event Description

In observance of the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, we invite you to join us in remembrance and service in tribute to those who were killed and injured in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, as well as the many rescue and recovery workers and members of our military who bravely rose in service in response.
The library will have a special display with posters commemorating the anniversary. We will also have take home kits that will include materials to make cards for first responders and resources for talking with children about these issues. Kits are for all ages and are first-come-first-served starting September 1st - no registration required.
