Join the social worker weekly at the library for the emotional wellness group Wednesdays from 6pm to 7pm and Saturdays 11am to 12pm. We will explore what emotional wellness is and how to be emotionally-well, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger, healthy vs. unhealthy coping skills, and much more! So what are you waiting for? Customers are encouraged to socially distance by maintaining 6 feet apart for the duration of the event.
