Bullet Journaling (or BuJo) has been described as "a mindfulness practice disguised as a productivity tool." According to neuroscientists, a bullet journal helps you externalize thoughts. Put simply, this frees up mental space so you can think more clearly and concentrate better. Get started with BuJo with this take-home kit! Each kit will contain a blank journal, gel pens, and instructions on how to get started, as well as recommended library resources for getting organized, reducing stress, increasing mindfulness, and more!
Kits are available on a first come, first served basis in the Teen Area of the library. Please limit one kit per family.
