Program Type:Health & Wellness
This class helps older adults understand the many ways they can maintain a healthy brain as they age. Through 12 different methods, such as establishing good habits and routines, physical activity and nutrition, participants will learn how to improve their physical and mental health. This class meets once per week for four weeks, for one hour per week.
Customers are encouraged to socially distance by maintaining 6 feet apart for the duration of the event.
