Papel Picado is the name given to the colorful paper banners often associated with celebrations in Mexico. Come celebrate Hispanic Heritage month by learning a little about the history of Papel Picado and create your own banner inspired by this Mexican tradition. Program is intended for adults due to use of sharps in the program.
