Let’s get stronger, together! Evidence suggests that Tai Chi is an effective means of improving balance, strengthening muscles, and building confidence to prevent falls. Tai Chi is a low-impact dance-like exercise that can be performed almost anywhere. Participants of the class must have completed Beginners' Tai Chi instruction.
This Intermediate class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements.
