Kids will learn a variety of techniques and exercises to help them relax and calm their minds, as well as build strength, increase flexibility and improve coordination. When kids learn techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment, they can navigate life's challenges with a little more ease. After class, kids can continue their yoga journey by checking out some yoga books or videos. For ages 6-13.
