Event Description

May is national stroke awareness month. Be a stroke hero and join our Integris instructor, Charlotte Colbert, at the Belle Isle Library to learn simple and practical techniques to recognize a possible stroke in about one minute, learn what to do and what not to do in a stroke emergency, and learn simple and effective ways to lower your stroke risk.
