Event Description

Celebrate the Season of Giving all month long with take home kits you and your family can use to create special, handmade gifts.

Every year, the Japanese start the New Year with a stack of nengajo (New Year's Greeting Cards) received from friends and family. Often, these cards are handmade to add a personal touch. The most popular motifs to decorate these cards involve the Chinese Zodiac animal of the coming year. Next year will be Year of the Ox! Join the tradition with this crafty activity kit that contains all the materials you need to make your own ox-themed (or any other theme you want--we won't tell!) New Year's Cards.

*Supplies are limited and take home kits are first come, first serve. Feel free to call ahead and check on availability.
