All vaccine brands will be available, for a first or second dose. No pre-registration is required!

Everyone 12 years and older is eligible for the vaccine. Pfizer doses are available for those who are 12 years and older. Moderna and J&J doses are available for those who are 18 years and older.

When planning for your COVID-19 vaccine visit, remember to:

  • Bring your CDC vaccination card if you've already had your initial dose.
  • Bring a photo ID or driver's license.
  • Eat something before arriving.
  • If under 18 and not coming with a parent, please make sure to bring a signed parental waiver form, available to print here. You can also visit your local library for a free printed copy.

Masks are required in the vaccination area and will be provided upon entry.

If you are receiving your 1st dose, OKC-County Health Department staff will let you know when and where you can receive your second dose.

After receiving your vaccine, you can enter your name into a drawing for a free eReader bundle that includes a library branded tote bag and free books!
