Event Description
This program is designed for children ages 6-12. January is Braille Literacy Month! Learn about Louis Braille who developed a system of printing and writing, called Braille, that is extensively used by the blind. Make a Simple Braille Slate and Stylus inspired by the book Six Dots: A Story of Young Louis Braille. Includes Braille Alphabet cards from The Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. While supplies last.
