Breadmaking can seem like an intimidating skill to learn. Taylor Conner, OSU Extension Educator, will teach the basics of breadmaking and show how making homemade bread is not only an achievable skill, but also a nutritious source for grains in our diet. From kneading to proofing to baking, the fundamentals of working with yeast will be explained and demonstrated. Recipes and resources will be provided. Registration required to receive the Zoom link.
