Let’s get stronger, together! Evidence suggests that Tai Chi is an effective means of improving balance, strengthening muscles, and building confidence to prevent falls. Tai Chi is a low-impact dance-like exercise that can be performed almost anywhere.

This is an intermediate class. Participants must have already taken Beginning Tai Chi. Registration required.
