This Intermediate class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements.
Participants of the class have completed Beginners' Tai Chi instruction. This class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for six weeks. Classes start on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. To register please sign up online, in the library or call the Southern Oaks Library at (405) 631-4468. If the class is full and you are interested in future classes, please put your name on the waiting list.
