Program Description

Event Description

Use simple materials to make button snake! What is a button snake you ask? Using a ribbon and a button, along with some brightly colored felt, you will make your very own learning tool for your little one. Simple tools, like a button snake, can be using by little ones to work on developing their fine motor skills. Fine motor skills are essential for several daily activities, including the ability to write. Working on fine motor skills early helps build the strength and dexterity needed as kids grow older.

Kits are one per FAMILY. Any duplicate registrations will be deleted. Kits can be picked up at Northwest Library from Wednesday November 17th through Saturday November 20th during operating hours. Registered customers must pick up kits by Saturday 4 PM or call the library at (405) 231-8650 to make alternate pick up arrangements as any remaining kits will be made available to waitlisted customers on Sunday.
