Event Description

Oklahoma has been experiencing a surge in Indigenous movie, tv, and stage productions over the last couple of years and this trend has been echoed across the United States and Canada. Indigenous actors, screen writers, and filmmakers are creating amazing work like Rutherford Falls, Reservation Dogs, and many more. Join Jake Tiger, Angela Pruner Startz, Loren Waters, and Nathalie Standingcloud as they discuss the importance of Indigenous representation in media and their experiences in the industry.
