Program Description

Event Description

AGE: Grades 1-2

Learn how to read a skull! Animals do not all eat the same foods, and their teeth can give you clues about what an animal eats. After virtually examining the skulls of carnivores, herbivores, and omnivores students will work to identify what twelve mystery skulls eat and then share their findings.

Through Zoom, a specialist from the museum will lead children and teens through science activities based on forensics. With registration, access will be given to a virtual scavenger hunt, virtual exhibit, and digital handouts and worksheets.
