Celebrate the start of the New Year with us as we carry on a Downtown Library tradition of Happy Noon Years! Happy Noon years is for all the kids (and adults) that can't make it till midnight, thus celebrating at noon instead! This year we will celebrate by making colorful noise makers to help usher in the New Year celebration! This kit will include all the materials you need to create your very own noise maker, including plates, popsicle stick, jingle bells, gems, ribbon, crayons and more!

Let's shake our noise makers and welcome 2021 with lots of joy and celebration!

Kits will be available for pickup between Dec 26-31.
