Whether you are celebrating "Noon Year's" or New Year's, start off your new year right. Create these fun Noisy Shakers. Pick up a kit at the Midwest City Library. Kit contains materials to decorate 2 shakers: 2 plastic pill bottles, sticky shapes; ribbon and rice/beans/pasta. Decorate with materials included or add your own touches.
