Program Description

Event Description

October 21 is Back to the Future Day, and who could possibly be more of a CURIOSITY than Doc Brown? It may not have wheels, but you'll build your own version of his time-traveling DeLorean with our Bristle Bot kit, then "modify" it to achieve superior speed, straight shot, and circular stunt! Contents do NOT include plutonium or a flux capacitor! They DO include everything you'll need to build one battery-operated BristleBot (battery included), but YOU must play the eccentric scientist to experiment and send your Bot shooting straight BACK TO THE FUTURE at 88 mph! So strap on your seat belt, check out the Back to the Future comic book series in Hoopla DIgital, and get ready for the ride of your life!

Kits are one per FAMILY. Any duplicate registrations will be deleted. Kits can be picked up at Northwest Library from Wednesday October 21st through Saturday October 24th during curbside pickup hours. Due to high demand for these kits, all print outs and instructions will be posted here on the SUNDAY after the last day of pickup so that families with siblings or others who may not have had the opportunity to register can reproduce the kit at home.
