No matter your level of experience there is something to gain from these all level yoga classes taught by a veteran yoga instructor. Yoga has numerous benefits, such as increased flexibility, improved muscle strength, increased blood flow, better posture, balance, and more! Learn about deep breathing and full body stretching to unite body and mind and promote relaxation. A yoga mat is recommended. This is a reoccurring yoga series with a class airing every 2 weeks with 6 classes total. No registration required. Can't make the showing?
