Program Description

Event Description

Join us for a discussion with three Couples & Family Therapists to talk about how to take good care of yourself during these strange and hard times. Register to submit questions in advance. Self-Care is a skill that takes practice, and it's essential to your emotional and mental wellbeing. We'd love to share information with you about how to stay emotionally well during Covid and beyond. The discussion will take place on Facebook Live. Please include a question for the therapists in the "Special Notes" section when you register and they will be happy to answer for you. There will also be a time for questions submitted through Facebook Live at the end of the meeting. Visit our Facebook page on September 22 at 7pm for this Facebook Live event. https://www.facebook.com/metrolibrary/
