Event Description

Election season, the holidays, events, commitments, oh my! This is a very stressful time of year for so many people. Join us for a discussion with three Couples & Family Therapists to talk about how to take good care of yourself during the busyness of the holidays. Family occasions, money stress, the winter cold and dark, and many other elements of the season contribute to this being a hard time of year for lots of people. You're not alone!
