This class meets for 12 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Jan. 12th through April 1st. Join the Library and instructors from the UCO's Center for Active Living & Learning for fun and fitness!

Participants should have a chair and level surface free of tripping hazards to participate. Optional equipment: hand weights, water bottle, and towel.
