Tai Chi is a low-impact dance-like exercise that improves balance, strengthens muscles, and builds confidence to prevent falls. This introductory class taught by a veteran Tai Chi instructor teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body, and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. This is a 4-week class that takes place on Sundays at 3:00 p.m. from February 6-27. Registration is required. This event is part of a combined series. If you register for this event, you will be automatically registered for all of the events in the series.

Customers are encouraged to socially distance by maintaining 6 feet apart for the duration of the event.
