No matter your level of experience there is something to gain from these all level classes. Yoga has numerous benefits, such as increased flexibility, improved muscle strength, increased blood flow, better posture, balance, and more! Learn about deep breathing and full body stretching to unite body and mind and promote relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Limited extra yoga mats will be available for those who do not have one but still want to try something new!
