Skip the gym and dance to get fit! This high-energy class is set to upbeat music and features dance numbers choreographed by an instructor. You don't need to be a great dancer to feel welcome. Work at your own pace and most importantly enjoy yourself. Join the library and the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City for fun and fitness!
This class meets on Monday evenings from 6:45 - 7:45 PM for 8 weeks from June 8th - July 27th. Registration required to receive the Zoom link. Participants are encouraged to bring a towel and water. Participants will need a clear area free of tripping hazards for the class.
