About Fan Fiction and Fan Art
The Southern Oaks Library Fan Fiction and Fan Art contest was founded by John Hilbert. In dedication to John's work, the contest continues to recognize the remarkable talents of people in our community.

Fan Art may be any medium and contain original characters but must contain copyrighted characters as the main theme. Similar rules apply to Fan Fiction.
