About Harrah Library

The Harrah Library is one of five extension libraries in the Metropolitan Library System. The Harrah Library first started as a bookmobile, moved into a storefront location in 1986, and then relocated into a renovated bank building in 1991, where they continue to reside today.

Book drop location: South side of the building, just outside the entrance.

Services: 
  • Public use computers with Internet access and printing capabilities
  • Free WiFi
  • Copy machine
  • Library staff who can provide assistance locating information, using print and electronic sources, and provide readers' advisory
  • Place and pick up interlibrary loan requests
Collection: 
  • Fiction and nonfiction titles for all ages available as hardback or paperback books, magazines, newspapers, books on CD and music CDs, DVDs, Playaways, and more
