Brief Job Description:

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Access Manager, the Access Specialist assists members by issuing and receiving library materials, locating books and other materials, managing members’ library accounts, issuing library cards, providing information about library accounts and services, assisting with self-service equipment and technology, and assisting with basic collection maintenance.

This position will be assigned to the Bethany Library in Bethany, OK.

Brief Job Description:

Hiring salary is $99,964.80 to $132,454.40 annually.  Exact compensation negotiable based on skills and experience.

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) has strategic and operational responsibility for the library’s Advancement division. They oversee and are responsible for developing and maintaining the library’s brand strategy, as well as building and sustaining the library’s reputation within the community. The CAO is responsible for ensuring an integrated approach to the library’s community relations and public affairs efforts, organizational marketing and messaging, and fundraising activities, all aimed at advancing the library’s strategic goals and objectives. A member of the library’s Executive Team, the CAO provides leadership, strategic direction, and has a significant impact on the advancement of the library’s mission, vision, and values.

This position will be assigned to the Ronald J. Norick Downtown Library, which is located at 300 Park Avenue in Oklahoma City, OK  73102 but will travel to all MLS locations.

Positions start at $15 per hour.
