The Almonte Library will be closed Sat., 5/4 through Tue., 5/14, to prepare for their grand reopening in their new building on Wed., 5/15 at 10 AM.

Notice:

Due to maintenance work, the Midwest City Library will be closed on Friday, May 10 and Monday, May 13. The Midwest City Library will be open as normal during the weekend (5/11 - 5/12).

Donor's note: "North West corner of NW 25 & Shartel - started with 9 members, Dr. E. B. Ringland pastor - United Presbyterian Church - 4 yrs later - brick church (cornerstone-1917) on South East corner of 25 & Shartel - Okla. City, Okla. Current (1956) Northminster United Presbyterian Church 2522 N. Shartel Ave., Okla. City, Okla. This frame building originally was on United Presb. Church property N.W. 23rd (N. W. corner) & North Western Ave., Okla. City, Okla. This view - reverse side (about 1916) - is short distance north of N. W. corner N. W. 25th & N. Shartel. Rev. and Mrs. E. B. Ringland (Mrs. Ringland was Sabbath School Supt.) in right background. Building faces east in N. Shartel - S. E. gate Fairlawn Cemetery is north in this same block on N. Shartel."
