Dear Mama & Papa:-
We girls are down town- Went
to the depot with Oden as he went
away this afternoon- Expects to
be back in the morning- There
was a young cyclone here early
this A.M. blew down lots of
trees & plate glass windows-
and another drenching rain -Every
one feels might blue for all
the country is flooded and no
crops this year which looks very
bad- Our trip to Sulphur is
spoiled I guess as no trians
going there- More bridges washed
out last night- Enjoyed your
long letters- Don't work to hard and make
yourself sick- Lovingly yours
