- Holds will be available for pickup at the Harrah Senior Center, M-F 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Library items can be returned to the bookdrop at the Harrah Library, the Senior Center, or any other Metropolitan Library location.

Guy Liebmann was Councilman for Ward 8 and was appointed Acting Mayor on 3 November 2003 upon the resignation of Mayor Kirk Humphreys. He served until 2 March 2004.
