This presentation introduces germs and discusses the difference between bacteria and viruses. Through an interactive puzzle game, we will practice the matching of antibiotics with bacteria and introduce the concept of antibiotic resistance (the lack of a bacteria/antibiotic match). The rapid spread of germs will also be demonstrated with a GloGerm/black light activity. Content will center around what kids can do to stop the spread of germs (e.g. hand washing, staying home when sick, etc.)
