Event Description

Join us as we celebrate Black History Month with a screening of the Green Book.  The film is inspired by the true story of a 1962 tour of the Deep South by African American pianist Don Shirley and Italian American bouncer and actor Frank "Tony Lip" Vallelonga, who served as Shirley's driver and bodyguard.  Following the film we will have a discussion about the film and how the actual green book impacted the state of Oklahoma.
