Program Description

Event Description

Join us for a special read-aloud of Brayden and the Big Test, a story that explores the big feelings kids often experience around tests, worry, pressure, and self-doubt, and how they can face those challenges with confidence and support. Through Brayden’s journey, children will learn that feeling nervous is normal and that there are healthy strategies to help calm their minds and bodies.

Following the story, families will participate in a hands-on workshop focused on managing test-day anxiety. Children will create their own fidgets to use as tools for focus and self-regulation, while parents will gain insight into how to support their child through test preparation in encouraging and practical ways.

This interactive experience is designed to help children build confidence, develop coping strategies, and understand that challenges are part of learning, and something they don’t have to face alone.
