Event Description
Build a Balanced Bowl is an interactive program where you will learn how to create colorful, delicious meals that are both nutritious and satisfying. Participants will discover a simple formula for combining vegetables, protein, whole grains, and healthy fats to boost energy, support overall wellness, and make everyday meal planning easier and more enjoyable. FACS Educator Taylor Conner, from the OSU Extension, will demonstrate how to make two bowls: a Summer Veggie Bowl and an Italian Farro Bowl.
