Program Description

Event Description

Learn the basics of water bath canning in this class led by Family & Consumer Sciences Educator Taylor Conner. This class will focus on safely preserving high-acid foods such as jams, jellies, pickles, and salsas. Using a Ball® FreshTECH Electric Water Bath Canner, Taylor will walk participants through the step-by-step process of preparing jars, filling them correctly, and processing them to preserve seasonal flavors at home. Whether you're a beginner or just need a refresher, this session will provide practical tips and resources to get you started with confidence.
