Event Description

This workshop will provide caregivers with important information about dementia, how to recognize the warning signs of dementia, and different things caregivers can do to help fight the disease. Our presenter will discuss the resources they provide caregivers, define dementia, offer a brief overview of the different types of dementia, discuss the 10 warning signs of dementia, offer communication tips on how to approach the subject of dementia with loved ones, and discuss health habits that caregivers can implement to help optimize the cognitive health of their loved ones.
