Event Description

Hispanic food stems from the traditional cooking methods from the countries of Spain, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar. There continues to be a variation of traditional Hispanic dishes from the original corn tortilla, rice, cheese and peppers to dishes found in many fast-food restaurants, chain restaurants and supermarkets.

Join us for a cooking demonstration and discussion of a traditional Hispanic dish -Pozolo Rojo!
