In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to cook with a variety of herbs, how to dry and preserve them for later use, and how to make the most of their unique flavors. Participants will create their own basil-lemon infused vinegar to take home and see a live demonstration of how to use it in a homemade salad dressing.
