Event Description

Get ready for a frightfully fun engineering adventure at the library! Kids 6-12 are invited to put their brains to the test in our Halloween-themed STEM challenge: building a bridge using only cotton swabs and tape. In this hands-on program, young engineers will learn the basics of design, balance, and structural strength as they work to create the strongest bridge they can. Once the building is done, the real challenge begins—how many Tootsie Rolls do you think your bridge can hold?
