Happy 250^th Birthday, America!  In honor of that momentous occasion, Almonte encourages adults to “unearth the story” of Thomas Jefferson’s Declaration of Independence with this take home kit!  On July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence officially made 13 British Colonies “Free and independent states”.    Sign your own copy of the Declaration.  Learn about other ways the founders used quills and ink.  Then try out some invisible ink messages, just like legendary Revolutionary spies passing messages for General George Washington.
