Stretch, move, and roar with us at Dino Yoga Storytime!
We’ll read a dinosaur-themed story and then practice simple yoga poses inspired by our favorite prehistoric friends. This gentle, playful program encourages movement, listening skills, and body awareness in a fun and welcoming environment. Perfect for young children and their grown-ups.
This program will be led by a certified yoga instructor.
