Event Description

Adventurers Wanted for Dungeons & Dragons at the Ralph Ellison Library!

Have you always wanted to play Dungeons and Dragons (D&D)? Or are you a veteran adventurer? Come on over to the Ralph Ellison Library as we continue our adventures in the land of the Forgotten Realms. This is a special drop in and drop out series of one shots. This will eliminate the struggle of creating a character as all characters are pre made.

What is D&D? D&D is an outlet for creativity, encourages social interaction between people of diverse backgrounds, and fosters reading comprehension and critical thinking skills. Dungeons and Dragons is a pen-and-paper role-playing game (RPG). A single player plays as the Dungeon Master (DM), creating a world that the players interact with. Players act as a group of adventurers working together to complete quests, slay monsters, and achieve their personal goals.
